I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Guess who is back???? After regrowing several inches, it is time to be free again. So here is the story.....

I met Ellie about a week after I shaved my head at a St. Baldrick's event three years ago in honor of a beautiful angel. Ellie was 2 at the time, having headaches, difficulty with maintaining her balance and walking. After testing she was diagnosed with a brain tumor by her brain stem. Ellie has had  surgeries x2 for tumor removal, chemotherapy and proton B radiation x2, because we thought we got it the first time but it came back.

At the time I met Ellie, I was also introduced to her Mom, Katie and Grandma Lynn. In the first few sessions Katie and I compared the length of our hair. Katie had recently finished her chemotherapy treatments for breast cancer. We both laughed and commented that Ellie probably worked so well with me because she thought I was Katie. Ellie's vision wasn't so great after the tumor removal. Ellie and I played, argued, got messy and formed a special friendship.

Well that little turkey turned 5 in December and I promised her back when she was 2 that she could cut my hair when I grew it out. Well now is the time, but I need your help. I need your donations because I set a hefty goal for myself and want to raise more than I did three years ago.
