I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: #VaughnStrong

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: #VaughnStrong

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Every 2 MINUTES a child is diagnosed with cancer.

……………………………………………………………………………

In the U.S., 1 IN 5 KIDS diagnosed with cancer will die.

……………………………………………………………………………

More than 99% of survivors will have chronic health problems and 96% wil have severe or life-threatening conditions.

…………………………………………………………………………....

St. Baldrick’s is the #1 PRIVATE FUNDER of childhood cancer research grants, funding more than $253 MILLION to date worldwide.

…………………………………………………………………………...

$250 supports 5 hours of research in the lab leading to life saving discoveries.

……………………………………………………………………………

$500 funds 20 hours of research to improve patient and survivor quality of life.

……………………………………………………………………………

$1000 helps support one child on a clinical trial, which is often their best hope for a cure.

……………………………………………………………………………

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Kindest regards,

Carl
