I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Tau Kappa Epsilon
"Did you know worldwide; a child is diagnosed with cancer every 2 minutes!" :(
I am proud to announce that I will be teaming up with St. Baldrick's and my Fraternity to fund-raise and help find cures for children with cancer. The name "St. Baldrick's" is not associated with a recognized Saint of the Catholic Church but is founded on wordplay and appropriation of the title of sainthood. The event involves me, the fundraiser, shaving their head in solidarity with children who typically lose their hair during cancer treatment in order to raise funds. With that being said I am looking to raise $125 to support children with cancer. If I can reach my goal I will shave my head Completely Bald! A donation of any amount or a share of this post would be greatly appreciated in achieving my goal. Thank you for your consideration!
Sincerely
Evan Bach
