I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Well, it’s that time of year again, a nip in the air, snow on the ground and a big burly leprechaun growing out his hair and beard. This can only mean one thing, no I’m not that lazy, St. Baldrick’s is approaching! The hair has a little more grey, and well, let’s not discuss what’s going on with the beard. I’m not going to let it get as bad as previous years where I was accused of having a squirrel on my face. But after 11 years I wouldn’t change a thing.

After 11 years there are still children out there fighting the most incredible battles that we as adults can hardly imagine. So once again, I am reaching out to you, my family, my friends, and those of you I may not even know. Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

So with the last decade in my rear view mirror, once again I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help!
