I'm raising money for childhood cancer research, and I'm the National Liaison Officer for the Student Osteopathic Medical Association which is putting on a St. Baldrick's Event at DMU! We'll have barbers shave the heads and donate the hair of people who raise money, auction off the pie-ing of professors, have trivia, food, and more on March 28.
Though I'm not shaving my head or donating my hair, if I raise $100, I'll match $100!
Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
