HELP LILA KEEP HER HAIR!!!

Our daughter, Lila Schneider, is participating in Broad Ripple Haverford Little League's Braid or Shave event in conjunction with St. Baldrick's Foundation.  Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.  The girls at BRHLL have other choices to shaving than the boys.  They can choose to donate hair (min. 10 inches) or have a decorative braid weaved into their hair. Lila is taking a little different approach to this event.  She is hoping to raise $1,000 and if she can't, she WILL lose her hair! If she raises less than $100, she will shave her HEAD!  If she raises less than $500, she will donate the 10 inches.  For those of you that know Lila well, you know she LOVES her long hair, so PLEASE help her keep it!

P.S.  Honestly, as a doting father who lives to make his daughter happy, I have guaranteed Lila that the shave won't happen!  During this conversation, I also committed to shaving MY head if she doubles her goal.  So, if she raises $2,000, I will temporarily join many of my friends who have naturally and gracefully gone bald!

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Thank you for helping!
