I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Blarney Baldies

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Blarney Baldies

On December 18, 2007 Noah, a 7-year old kid on a soccer team I coached  was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. Since December 2007 Noah has been through four operations, numerous bone marrow aspirations, 6 high-dose rounds of chemo, 5 low-dose rounds of chemo, radiation, countless blood transfusions, countless CAT scans, MRI's, nuclear tests, blood draws, stem cell collection, daily shots and much, much more!    Today he has no evidence of the disease.  He truly has been my inspiration to get involved in St. Baldrick's since 2008.

Our first event in 2008 raised a little more than $12,000, by 2015 our events in Romeo were bringing in over $350,000 and we shaved well over 400 heads!   In 2017, we decided to expand our Romeo event  to St. Clair Shores, and it was a big success!  Our hope is to make this year even bigger, in fact our goal is to make it the biggest event in Michigan.  With your help I am certain we can do it!

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Thank you and  God bless all the children fighting this battle!
