I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

As a pediatric nurse, caring for children has always been my passion in life and one of the groups that I have always felt closest to are children with cancer. I want to help make a difference so I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and although the medical world has made huge strides in our ability to treat and cure childhood cancer, the research is still extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. This is all for a great cause and I hope that you will help me make a difference in the lives of these children.
