I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Oregon Womens Lacrosse

Note on behalf of the team: We're raising money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So we decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Note on my own behalf: We all have our struggles and sometimes recognizing that is the hardest part. We ignore the struggles others go through because we have our own. I know I was able to recognize someone else's struggles when this fundraiser was presented to me and it really made me think. The burden someone else is going through could be made a little smaller if I did something and it's true for you too. If you have the ability to help via this fundraiser and even if you do not, thank you for giving, for reading this and/or simply thinking about someone you do not even know.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
