I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team KC4KC

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team KC4KC

Five years ago, during his own fight with cancer, my dad shaved his head for St. Baldrick's. He passed away four months later and every year since, the KC4KC team has been shaving and raising money in his memory. Personally, I shaved in 2014 and am shaving again this year (after growing out my hair to donate). Please donate in remembrance of an amazing man and to help fight childhood cancer. Thank you!

Everyone who donates here will be entered to win a custom made pair of hand knit socks ($75 value).  Made for the winner by me.  You choose the color and the pattern, I do all the work.  Drawing will be done after the shave.

At 20 donors, I'm going to throw in the shawl I am currently knitting as a prize as well!  It doesn't matter how much you donate.  One donation, one entry!

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
