I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

This will be my fourth year raising funds for this amazing organization. Though my life has been affected repeatedly by cancer, after having lost both of my parents to it and then I was diagnosed myself in 2013, knowing that I can do something to help kids not get cancer, well...that was just a no brainer!

So I'm going to shave my head again this year!!! This year I do this for Grey Braddock. He is the friend of a dear friend and I'm happy to brave the shave in his honor! Keep on keepin' on Grey!

I also shave in memory of Savannah Lewis, who recently passed away at the age of 16.  Savannah is another friend of a sweet friend.  It's really sad to learn about children with this disease, let alone know people who are directly affected by it.  :(

If you feel so inclined, please donate to the St. Baldrick's Foundation via my page here and help me reach my goal. If you're in the Austin area on shave day, stop by and cheer me on!
