I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
TeamGIBEL
Dear Family and Friends,
This Friday St. Bernadette's is having the St. Baldrick’s fundraiser ‘Brave the Buzz’ and I will be participating. This will be the fifth time that I have shaved my head to help raise money to support and fund research for childhood cancer. I shave my head in honor of one of my best friends and classmate, Michael Orbany. Michael was diagnosed with cancer in the first grade and fought the long and hard battle with cancer for four years until he passed away in May of 2014. Ever since then I have done St. Baldricks every year and each year it is just as special, and has a huge impact on me, the school and the community. We all know someone affected by cancer, so in their honor please donate to the St. Baldrick's page and help end this terrible disease once and for all! Thank you,Danny Gibel
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
