On August 14, 2017, I made the spontaneous decision to shave my head. At the time I was not doing it for an illness, a cause, or because I had gone "Crazy." I simply wanted a fresh start and was inspired my hairstylist, Katie Sanchez (@katierosehair). It was one of the most freeing, empowering AND scary things I have ever done in my 31 years of life. Now I'm ready for round 2!
I'm shaving my head AGAIN, but this time to raise money for childhood cancer research. Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Please join me in this cause as it is near and dear to me. I just recently lost my Grandma to cancer in April 2018. I will be shaving on May 5, 2018 :) Every dollar counts!
