I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Ray's Army

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Ray's Army

Cancer affects all of us, in one way or another.  As adults, you take it as part of life.  But nothing prepares us for when a child is affected.  While science has made great strides in many types of cancers, some remain unchecked.  Without modern, progressive research, we will never find a treatment or cure for these rare and aggressive diseases.

Our friend Ray is 9 years old and has been raging like a warrior against Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (AKA "DIPG").  DIPG is a particularly aggressive brain tumor.  Ray and the other kids with these devastating malignancies need our help and funding research is the only way.  St. Baldricks is the best of the best, when it comes to pediatric cancer charities and raising money for research.

On September 24, our team will shave our heads to raise money for this worthy cause.  Please consider a donation.  Every dollar matters!

Thank you.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
