I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Sactown baldies
March 13th we are having the annual shaving of the heads of three generations of Burton's to raise money for research on Children's Cancer (St. Baldrick's Foundation). Please help us raise over $3,000 for research. Jeb Burton has been doing this for at least six years. Our grandson demanded to start doing this when he was 5 years old (now 9) and the next year our grandson encouraged me into joining them four years ago. It is such a worthy cause that our other son Ben Burton will be joining us this year. Darcy Umphred has supported us over the years with transportation and moral support. Please let me know if you would like to donate to this cause "sactown baldies" let me know.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least seven years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
