I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

That's what was written- - - This is me:

I have no idea what I'm doing. I'd like to think that I do. What am I doing is buzzing off my hair I've waited so  long to grow out. What I find fascinating are the faces and reactions I get from most people. "Are you sure?" or  "You know, what about the next day?"

The children who are diagnosed with any type of cancer don't  have a choice. I do, and I choose to taste a bit of the bitterness of their struggle. I'm not going to chemotherapy at the hospitals, or missing out with friends. I'm not exhausted because of treatments or even feeling of missing out on school. It's hair.

I hope I never have a child in my life go through the agony of cancer, but what I can do is give what I have. My hair.

Walk with me and do your part to end childhood cancer. Until it's a myth.
