I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team SamGen

Hi, this is Samuel Genta, and I'm shaving my head once again this year to raise money for childhood cancer research. It is my 7th shave, therefore I will be getting 'knighted' this year at the St. Baldrick's foundation, as well as receiving a sweet sash! Kids cancers are different then just adult cancers, it's a fact. Childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded, so I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures to this issue. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers globally. What's special this year is that as it is my 7th shave, this special milestone puts me among the 1% of participants who are inducted into the Knights of Bald Table and that are, or have been, 'knighted'. That's right, half of my life has been dedicated to funding childhood cancer research, and it truly is an honor to be receiving this award of homage.

My friend Brent who I met in preschool is a cancer survivor and this is why I will continue to shave my head. To this day, I am still sharing great fun with him, as we play tennis together every week, and it is always a great time getting to see my good friend. Thank you for your past support, it really means a lot to the cause, research for cures, and most importantly, the children in need.  Please consider making a donation for St Baldricks 2017 to help raise money to save more children along with me, any amount works. $1, $5, $10, $25, $100, I'll even accept $1,000,000 if you're feeling extra generous (I will personally come and shave your head!!). You decide! Thank you!
