I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

3/16/17--Well, I've reached (and passed) my final goal!  I'm up to $2,432!  It makes me really happy knowing this money will help kids with cancer, and it makes me really hopeful knowing that there are so many people I know who care!  Thank you all!  Now it's time to cut off my hair!

3/11/17--I met my $1,600 goal so now Mr. Danielson has to shave his head with me!  Thank you to everyone who has donated to make that happen!  I figured since I'm so close now, I'll aim for $2,000!

3/9/17--Wow!  I did it!  I raised $1,000 for childhood cancer research!  I'm so excited about how generous everyone has been.  Here's another exciting thing.  This morning, my music teacher decided he will shave his head with me if I can DOUBLE the amount of donations I've received.  At that time, my total was $800 so I'm increasing my goal now to $1,600 and then Mr. Danielson will shave his head with me!

3/6/17--I can't believe I've already collected over $600 in donations!  Thanks again to all the people who have donated.  This time I decided to go crazy and set my goal at $1,000!

3/4/17--Thank you to everyone who already donated to me!  I had to raise my fundraising goal because with all of your generous donations, I met my goal in only about 4 hours!

I will be cutting off my ponytail and donating my hair to Children with Hair Loss who makes FREE wigs for children with medically related hair loss, including kids with cancer.  Check them out here:  http://www.childrenwithhairloss.us/

3/3/17--I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
