I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! As many of you know, it won't be the first time I've gone bald.  Cancer sucks - it has for me and I can only imagine how a child handles it.  I've been through cancer twice - children should not have to deal with it even once.  Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.  Please feel free to join me at Emory for the "big hair cut" (see above).

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.  Hit the donate button to your left.  Thanks from me and a lot of kids!

I am scheduled to have my head shaved at 6:20 PM on Monday 3/20.  You can park in the Emory University Peavine Deck,  27 Eagle Row, Atlanta after 5PM for free.  You will need to go to the Dobbs University Center.  Of course, there is construction going on, but basically cross the street from the parking deck, go to the left of the Woodruff PE center (past the tennis courts) and the DUC will be across the street from the PE Center.
