I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: CHO alumni

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

 - Wow, can you believe it's that time of year again? Time to rock the baldness and celebrate St Patty's, all in the name of cancer research. Specifically pediatric cancer research. This event as well as this organization as a whole are constant reminders to continue to recognize and appreciate the blessings in my life, as well as to continue to work to decrease suffering in the lives of others. I hope it inspires others to do the same, in whatever form that may take in each persons' respective life.  For me, one of those ways is donating and fundraising to support some great people doing great research (research is not my strong suit, but I can sit in a chair and have my head shaved quite well, if I do say so myself!)

Thank you for your support (in whatever way speaks to you - could be donations, words of encouragement/head rubs, a high five to the next bald headed person you meet, a donation to your favorite charity... so many options!)!

Love, Eva
