I'm shaving my head for the 5th year in a row. Initially I started participating to support a child who was shaving his head. Then a couple years later a child I previously had work with had been diagnosed with cancer. I still continued to raise funds and shave my head to support kids with cancer through the years and late last year I heard about a child in Cary IL who was diagnosed with cancer. So this year I am shaving my head in support of Mckai. Those of you who know Mckai, know some of his story and know his family are good people. So I am doing this for all the kids but holding a special spot for Mckai.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
