I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Ok folks, it's that time of year again. That ONE AND ONLY time that I solicit you all for $$$. Yep, it's time for my 4th Annual St. Baldrick's Head Shave to raise funds for Childhood Cancer Research. And here's why:
1) Every 2 minutes, (that is literally every 120 seconds) another kid is diagnosed with cancer.
2) Kids only get 4% of all Federal Cancer Research funding.
Why that is important is because kids aren't just little adults. Their bodies are still growing & maturing so most Adult Treatments just do not work on their little bodies. So, if you are able please do something Freaking Awesome and make a donation. Together we Can and We Will Make A Difference. Hope to see ya @ Back East on March 12th too!!
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
