St. Baldrick's is the largest private funder for pediatric cancer research. Only 1%-3% of all federal funds for cancer research go specifically to pediatric cancer research. St. Baldrick's does an amazing job filling this gap and helps vital projects including our early phase oncology program here in Oakland. This will be my 7th year to be proudly shaving my head in support of this program and most important as a tribute to all of the patients and families that I have gotten to know and help take care of over these wonderful years.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
