I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
Hi! My name is Amelia Zehnder and when I first heard about how little funding goes towards pediatric cancer research, I was shocked. Only 3.8%! That is definitely not enough. Instead of getting treatment meant for kids their size, young cancer warriors are being pumped full of adult strength chemo and hoping it will cure them. After following the story of Lilly Bumpus and many other cancer fighters on Instagram, I decided I wanted to shave my head for cancer research. Now I need your help. Any donation, big or small, can potentially help a child battling cancer. Thank you everyone for the support as I embark on this journey!

Your Roles
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.
