I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I will be shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. Ever since attending a St. Baldrick's event in 2012, I have been hungry to be a part of the cause. I am inspired by the people that shave their heads every year through St. Baldrick's and it is a dream of mine to be a part of the cause. I want to live in solidarity with the community of people affected by cancer every year. In my quest to contribute to St. Baldrick's, I simultaneously hope to challenge beauty standards and live without the traditional feminine identity of hair. It would be an honor if you would join me on this journey. Any donation, thought of support, or glass of orange juice would mean the universe to me. Thank you for the time you spent reading this post. Here's to a beautiful week of love and wonder.
