I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hey everyone! I was so moved by the Gonzaga Saint Baldrick's event that I decided to shave my head and committed to doing so about 10 minutes before the clippers took my blond mane. Hearing the stories of people whose friends and family members have been effected by childhood cancer and seeing all of the committed shaves inspired me to do the same. So, I'm asking for donations AFTER I have shaved my head. (I know, it's a little backwards, but your money can still help save lives)! After losing a friend to osteosarcoma when I was in middle school, I've been called to the health care route- particularly pediatric oncology. This is something that has been near and dear to my heart for many years, and today I was inspired to do something drastic to show that! Every 3 minutes, a child is diagnosed with cancer. You can help fund some of the much needed research to help combat this terrible disease.
