I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Dear friends and family,

As most of you know my mother passed away near two years ago now. She was lucky in that she got to accomplish many of her dearest dreams and aspirations before her unfortunate passing. What you may not know is that I am attempting to ameliorate the lives of those less fortunate than she. Reportedly, every three minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. I implore you to donate to my cause in order to help eradicate this devastating disease. Together we can be the catalysts to a resurgence of hope.
By shaving my head I hope to help eliminate cancer in all its forms, and heighten awareness of how much one can do to help eradicate the disease and the chaotic toll such an illness takes on everyone involved.
Cancer does not just exist in the cells of those afflicted, but in the spirits and conscious of those left behind, until the end of time. By donating, one incrementally improves the lives of those afflicted and fosters hope.
I beg you once more; please, take action. If monetary aid is outside your realm of capabilities, I would be more than happy to talk to you about what other actions you could take to help me, or other such causes.
At the very least, I beseech you to remember those who have succumb to life and how you might be able to honor them in your everyday life.

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
