I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! I lost my hair during my own cancer fight, and am willing to do so again  to help kids to defeat their cancers.  Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.  I hate that anyone has to get diagnosed with cancer, but it's worse that kids get it.  Help me help them.  Truly my worst times during treatment were those when I saw those "little guys" in there getting treatment.  As a 40 year old woman, I had experienced life, but to watch a kid younger than 10 fighting cancer  broke my heart.  But the coolest part of kids that age is that they just get thing done.  There's not a lot of  drama, not a lot of "why me", it's just mainly doing what needs to be done.  So for me to be able to do any little thing to help is awesome.  I am hoping that you, all my friends, will help me raise money for such a worthy cause.

To do that, I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
