I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Troop 97

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Troop 97

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! My friend Lilah was born with neuroblastoma, and she is doing great today, thanks in part to money raised by events like this to support research into the treatment and cure of childhood cancer. In fact - Lilah will be 12 soon - and cancer free for 11 years! I'm also shaving my head to honor and support my Aunt Carrie's sister, Jami, who is going through treatment for leukemia right now. Even though Jami's not a kid (technically), she is still on my mind everyday. Plus - what's cooler than no hair??? (so my dad says).

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
