I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Melodies

So here's the deal, let me start with some numbers! 

4%, only 4% of US federal funding is dedicated to childhood cancer research 
6, the average age of diagnosis for children
71, the average number of years of life lost to cancer
43, everyday 43 kids are diagnosed with cancer 
3, every 3 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer  
I'm not here to bore you with numbers, that's just the truth. What I'm doing this for, is the amazing kids I work with. Working at Albany Med has been an eye opener. These kids are fighting everyday, and dammit they are so good at it. Who knew that a couple kids could change my life, shaving my head and beard is the least I could do for them. So I ask you to donate whatever you have, and if you can't donate, come join us and show these kids the support they need. Show them that you care and that they are not in this fight alone.
