I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hey friends! I'm cutting my hair (not going to shave all the way, sorry guys) to raise money for childhood cancer research! I figured... I have a lot of hair, and these kids don't, so why not give some of mine to them?  There's a crazy statistic shown above that every 3 minutes, a child is diagnosed with cancer. I'm simply asking that maybe you could give up a Starbucks run for one day and instead, donate $3 to my hair-cutting fund. A simple $3 can go a long way when we all pitch in. My goal above is $99 with the hopes that 33 of my lovely friends and family will donate $3 for these kids getting diagnosed every 3 minutes. That's a lot of 3's and a lot of lives we can change. Any amount, less or more, is always welcome. (Edit: people have been so generous, I am increasing my goal just to see if we can get some more! Thanks!!) Working on the cancer floor for nursing school has really opened my eyes to the suffering that these people go through every day and strength that these kids, adults, and families must have. And now we need your help! Will you make a $3 donation? Every dollar makes a difference. PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE THIS, EVEN IF YOU CAN'T DONATE! Thanks, love you all! #WWMD
