I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 4-H Going Bald for Lexi

4 days to go; I have exceeded my fund raising goal and thought I would celebrate by "enhancing" my hair color!!!!
Less than 4 weeks to go; I'm getting excited (and a little nervous)! But to get this done I need a bit more help. I am $235 short of my goal. Every little bit adds up and no donation is too small. Please help me reach my goal of raising $1,000 to fight childhood cancer and hopefully eradicate this heartbreaking disease in our lifetime!! Thanks, Kim
Ok, who can't wait to see me "Ball-Headed"? Well, I am just over 1/2 way to my goal of rising money for Childhood Cancer Research. I know that if I look half as beautiful as Lexi Brown with no hair, I will ROCK the look!! But it's going to take a few more donations to get me there, so click the link or write a check and together we will reach my goal together!!! And a huge Thank You to everyone who has already donated - I can't do this without you!!!!!
Many have asked "how can you shave your head, you must be so brave", well nothing could be farther from the truth. I am the mother of four exceptionally healthy children and grandmother to six equally healthy grandchildren. There is no Rymn nor reason why mine are healthy and others are not. I have witnessed, and continue to witness mothers and grandmothers who have not been as fortunate. I am shaving my head in hopes that someday, no parent or grandparent will have to witness their child suffer with cancer. It is the very least I can do.
