The Hopkins and Wayland areas have been stricken with childhood cancer lately. Chances are, so is your area. One of my fellow fire fighter brothers has been shaving for St. Baldricks for the last couple of years. This year he challenged the Hopkins and Wayland fire departments to up our game. Instead of supporting him, we're all stepping into the fight. As firemen, we step into danger and unknowns everyday. Children diagnosed with cancer don't get the choice. They just have to fight.
Please join with us to support St. Baldricks and their efforts to fund childhood cancer research.
I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
