I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: MacShizzle

Hi everyone.  I'm shaving my head to raise money for kids with cancer.  My goal is to raise at least $500.00 with the promise of shaving my head BALD on Sunday September 27th at the Manasquan Elks Club.  Cancer took the lives of my 4 year old cousin Cheryl Ann, both my grandmothers, and my beautiful sister in law Stephanie, who was only 47 years young.  I am dedicating my fund raising efforts to a fine young man and former student of mine, C.J. Corneanu.  C.J. was only 17 years old when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma 18 months ago.  Despite having undergone extensive chemotherapy and partial amputation of his right leg, C.J. soldiers on displaying courage and determination never once complaining or feeling sorry for himself.  He is a symbol of strength and perseverance to all those whose lives he's touched.  Your donations are greatly appreciated. Scottie Mac

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
