I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
I shaved my head for five months in solidarity with David while he was bald during the first phase of his treatment. Now I will remain bald until I raise $3000 for St. Baldrick's Foundation -- $600 for each month David was bald; $600 for each kid we've personally known who has died from cancer since David's diagnosis thirty months ago, including Nadine, Sierra, Marleigh, Tyler, and Tally.
