I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. 

So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. 2015 is a year for me to focus on generosity and helping to make a difference by being a positive impact in the lives of others.  I have often thought about how scary it will be and what people will think when they see me? My concerns and worries were all about me and it shouldn't be.  

This is about something bigger than any fear I have ever faced in my life. These children and their families face fear day after day and stand strong together to overcome what they can. Beautiful souls,  gorgeous smiles, heartwarming laughter, amazing bravery, and yes sometimes bald heads! I can make a difference for even one person, and I have amazing people in my life that would be willing to do the same.
