I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: CLC Baldies

Hello! My name is Sarah. I'm a senior at Crystal Lake Central and I'm shaving my head to help fight against childhood cancer. I want to help because family and friends of mine have been affected by cancer. Cancer is truly a scary thing. No one should ever have to go through it. So that's why I'm determined to help. From now until March 12th, I'll be raising money that will go towards research to help find cures for childhood cancer. I am on a shavee team called CLC Baldies. We are trying to get as many CLC students to participate as possible! Our team is working to raise $900 total. Help us out by donating! It will mean so much! Together we can find a cure!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
