I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Stamford Firefighters and Friends

I have a secret. Don’t tell anyone, but – well, I’ve always wanted to be a superhero. Unfortunately, I don’t have any super powers, or billions of dollars, and I’m not a huge fan of spandex. But I do have one thing going for me. Actually, about 100,000 things. I have hair. And not just any hair – SUPER HAIR. Yes, Super Hair. These ordinary-looking hairs that now reside on my head are going to save lives when I shave them off to raise money for childhood cancer research. Indeed, I’m having my head shaved at a St. Baldrick’s Foundation event on March 12th at Bradford's Grill! And as I collect donations on my head, I’ll be contributing to funding the best research in the fight to Conquer Childhood Cancers. To help me reach my goal, you can give online or by phone (888-899-BALD). You can also write a check payable to “St. Baldrick’s Foundation.” And never fear – I’ll be collecting cash too! Seriously, more children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease. And worldwide, a child is diagnosed with cancer every three minutes. Please help me be a hero so we can rid the world of childhood cancers. Thank you for your support, noble citizen!
