I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Rox Rocks

Dear Friends and Family,

As you may know, my son Garrett was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia in December 2013 and together you helped me raise over $4000 towards childhood cancer research in 2014.

Garrett's Leukemia is currently in remission, however, treatments will continue into 2017. We have every reason to be very optimistic about a positive outcome. Garrett returned to school this past fall and is starting to get back into a normal routine such as playing his trumpet, target shooting and enjoying time with his new German Shepherd named Elsa who is in training to become a therapy dog. Garrett looks forward to taking her to the VA to bring some happiness to our veterans much like the dogs visiting him did at the Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital.

This year I am shaving my head again in support of Garrett and to raise money for childhood cancer research!

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

Please donate today to help us reach our goals!!
