I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Colonial Valley Chiropractic

I’m asking for your support! I’m going to have my head shaved at a St. Baldrick’s Foundation event on (March 14th, 2015) at (Amalfis in Lawrenceville, NJ). With my bald head, I’ll stand in solidarity with kids being treated for cancer while raising money for life-saving research. Please support me with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U. S. government. Last year, the Foundation has funded nearly $22 million in new grants – all because over 45,000 people shaved their heads! Last year my group’s final numbers were 100+ heads shaved and $150,000+ raised for children's cancer research!! This year our goal is to round that figure to $200,000. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. This year I am honoring a little girl by the name of Annie R. Annie is from where I previously lived in Hillsborough. She was 6 years old when she was diagnosed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and has been in treatment since July 17th.. ANNIE is 14 years old now and still in treatment. ANNIE has displayed a great amount of COURAGE throughout this ordeal. ANNIE has lost all of her hair at this point she has gotten over a dozen spinal taps and numerous bone marrow samples as well as two blood transfusions. You can read more about this sweet girl on the St. Baldrick’s website. When you make your donations, please think of ANNIE R. and all these kids! Together we can all make a difference and fight cancer! You can give directly online (search for my name at www.StBaldricks.org) or by phone at 888-899-BALD. Credit cards are the most efficient way to give, or you can write a check payable to “St. Baldrick’s Foundation.” I’ll be collecting pledges! To see a list of my donors, fundraising progress, and “before” and “after” photos, visit my page on the St. Baldrick’s website http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/milisivana All donations are tax deductible and you can count on this donation being used responsibly. To see all the research being funded – by disease type, location and more – visit www.StBaldricks.org and click on "Where the Money Goes," then "View Grants." Please forward this on to all family and friends as well, cancer research needs help from everyone! On behalf of some very special kids, thank you for your support! Sincerely, Mike Milisivana
