I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with:
Team Brian!
I'm shaving my head to honor my son Brian Jermainne and to raise money for childhood cancer research.
On 4/18/13 I was a Mom who heard the words "Your child has cancer." My son is my hero and today is 1 year in remission from Stage III Burkitt's Lymphoma! So it's my turn to give back and I'm giving my hair to help raise money to help all children and families affected by cancer!
Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least three years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
