I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

"I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!" This year, I am shaving my head to honor the memory of a family friend Deborah A. O'connell who recently lost her battle with cancer, and I need your help. I have many things in my life for which I am extremely grateful, but that which I am most grateful for is also that which I often take for granted; the health of my kids. Unfortunately, many kids are not so lucky, and they spend their days battling childhood cancer. While progress is made every day in treating this disease, we are still a long way from a cure. That goal will only be achieved through research, and funding this research is crucial. I am asking all of you to help me in this cause. No amount is too small, so please give what you can and let's eliminate this disease once and for all. Thanks for your consideration and have a great day. Ernie
