I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Three Amigo's for Cancer

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Three Amigo's for Cancer

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! My family has been affected by childhood cancer twice. The first is my nephew, who was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma when he was only three. I watched him go through chemo, and saw first hand the amazing resilience of children. Now 18, my nephew is a kind, caring, amazing young man! The second was my husband’s son. He was diagnosed with a rare cancer when he was very young and battled the disease until it took his life. I never got to meet him. But the photos I’ve seen relay joy and strength! He lived life to the fullest and taught my husband about love, compassion and seizing the day. He is teaching me those important lessons through his legacy. Both of these stories underscore the reality that childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

But I need YOUR help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Amanda
