I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Hello everyone!! I have decided to raise money for childhood cancer this year by shaving my head. As many of you know I have had Hodgkin's Lymphoma twice, once in 1990 and again in 2007. I was very fortunate both times and have been in remission for almost 6 years. The second time around I had so much support from my incredible wife Lorrie and so much love from all of our friends that it made everything so much easier. However, the cost of all of the treatments and medical bills were certainly very difficult on us. We had a very special friend put together a fund raiser that really helped us quite a bit. Since so many people were so generous to us, I decided that it was time to pay it foward. So, last week, I was sitting at a bagel shop waiting for my order and here was this brochure on St Baldrick's and how you could help with childhood cancer research and I thought...I need to do this. Not just for the hope of a cure, but to honor everyone that helped me through both of my battles. So on March 15th I will be shaving my head!!! Here is where I would use your help. I am targeting a goal of 2,500 for the fundraiser and need all the help I can get. If you could go to my participant page link and do whatever you can, I would certainly appreciate it. Thank to everyone for whatever you can do to help. David
