I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research
There are few organizations that I personally put my heart & soul into.....This is my 6th wonderful year involved in the St. Baldrick's Event in New Hyde Park...I have watched thru the years Police Officers, Grandpas, Dads, Boy Scouts and Moms and Grandmas shave their heads in solidarity of our "kids" with Cancer. I remain in "awe" at the sacrifice of others to make a difference. Our "labor of love" is funding research for Childhood cancer.
Life does not always go in the direction we planned..But if you are as blessed as I am....with 3 healthy children....please make a donation...And it does not matter how small it is.....
Be it known to all that this participant has dedicated at least ten years of service to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation helping kids with cancer throughout all the land.
