I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: STICKMEN

Join the 'StickMen' Team in Conquering Childhood Cancer...Now, Tomorrow, Always Friends, My son J. Alex and I will be losing our hair for a great cause - The St. Baldrick's Foundation to Conquer Childhood Cancer! Seriously, not only will I be losing my mop that's basically stayed the same since the early 1980's, J. Alex will also be shaving his head for this wonderful cause. Please donate whatever you can to our team - The StickMen! Many aren’t aware, but shortly after J. Alex’s third birthday I was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphonic Leukemia, or CLL. Over the course next 18 months – and two general elections along with a winter 2009 town-wide special election - I privately underwent monthly chemo treatments. After beating CLL in December of 2009, I made a quiet commitment to raise funds for kids' cancer research and advances in treatment! This time - J.Alex convinced me it was time to help raise money in a very public way filled with fun and laughter! C'Mon, tell me you really DONT WANT TO WATCH THESE LOCKS COME OFF and all for a GREAT CAUSE and lots of roaring laughter! By shaving our heads to raise much needed dollars for research and treatment of kids with can-cer, we will also be having fun! Join J. Alex and I as we have our heads shaved on MARCH 14TH at CENTEREACH FIRE DEPARTMENT at 9 WASHINGTON AVENUE, CENTEREACH between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM! If J. Alex and I can help in any small way to make sure even one more child doesn't have to suf-fer through the cancer and leukemia treatments I endured, our collective efforts will have been worthwhile! You can donate whatever you can a bunch of ways, including: • Go To Team StickMen website & click DONATE: http://www.stbaldricks.org/participants/mypage/679201/2014 • Donations by credit card at the website or by calling 888-899-2253 [please add add StickMen ID - #679201] • Make Check Donations to St. Baldrick’s Foundation [in memo add StickMen ID - #679201] • Cash donations at the time of the event or before [Please DO NOT mail cash] Please join 'StickMen Team' led by J. Alex as we do our part to conquer childhood cancer today! Since 2005, St. Baldrick's has granted over $127 million to hundreds of childhood cancer re-search projects and is training the next generation of cancer researchers! Thank you! -J. Alex & Jesse "The Stick Men" I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
