I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research, In Honor of Officer Spree DeSha. This cause was always near and dear to her heart, so I will take over from here partner,... This is my second time participating in the St. Baldrick's, head-shaving event. After my last head-shaving endeavor, in 2009, many approached me in disbelief with the repeated question, "Why did u shave your head?" So, this time, majority rule will make the determination of "To Shave or Not To Shave." So put your money where your mouth is and cast a vote, by way of donation. You decide, "Shave" or "Not to Shave." The selection with the largest donation count will prevail! Nobody, myself included, will know until March 15, 2014, moments before shave time, if I will go home with a full head of hair or bald as an eagle. But either way, 100% of the collected donations will benefit the St. Baldricks' Foundation. The person who makes the largest donation will receive $100 cash, if it is decided that I don't shave; OR, the privilege of shaving my head if it's decided that I will shave my head. There will also be a drawing for prizes: 1 ticket per $5 donation or 5 tickets per $20 donation. (prizes to be announced soon) Thank you for taking the time to read this and for making a difference, please mark your donation with a personal message of "Shave" or "Don't Shave" Confidential votes (donations) can also be made in person at the front desk of Valley Traffic Division, 7870 Nollan Place, Panorama City, Ca 91402. Please email or call with any questions, 31167@lapd.lacity.org (818) 644-8000

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
