I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Cristi's Little Warriors

Hello everyone! I have decided to shave my head to raise money to help those affected by childhood cancer. Let me begin by saying that I am nervous but excited. See, I decided to participate in Brave the Shave because it does two important things: it raises awareness to those affected by cancer and helps fund research opportunities to stomp out this horrible disease. I hope you can help donate! I have decided to shave my head in honor of all of those who have lost friends and family from cancer, as well as those lost or who are still battling. I have been fortunate to not know many affected by this disease but I know that I am the exception. If you donate (or even if you do not) please tell me how this disease has affected you, your friends, or family, but please only if you feel comfortable talking about your experiences.

Again, I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
