I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancer.
I personally don't know anyone who has/had childhood cancer. But, I've always wanted to find a way to help raise money for research for all the young children who have to battle such an ugly disease. I did, however, have many scares with cancer. As a child, I had many surgeries to remove tumors from my left leg. First surgery was at 11 months old and I had 7 more surgeries by the age of 8. Was diagnosed with lymphangioma. Luckily they were benign every time. Some children aren't so lucky. I heard about St. Baldrick's and thought to myself, "This is how I can help!!" So, I signed up. I have 4 children of my own & I couldn't imagine having to go through something like this. By me raising money to help find a cure for childhood cancer, I hope, helps. This is the least I can do.
