I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team McKinley Bulldogs

It's that time of year again and I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! This is my third year in a row and I'm proud to say that I have raised over $27,000 in the last two years. My sister Alessandra had brain cancer 3 years ago now. Even though I was only 5 when she was going to the hospital, I remember everything and know how important it is to find better ways to treat cancer. My mom says that the money St. Baldrick's raises can help find cures and that we should always keep looking for better solutions to chemo and radiation. Alessandra has a lot of problems today because of them but at least she's here. Last year I raised over $18,000 on facebook, lemonade stands, at my baseball games, standing in front of Starbucks asking for donations and even one of my mom's friends got involved and raised money through his students in San Diego.. This year I want to raise more! I need your help! Will you make a donation? .
